Maybe you have to read it twice to really catch a hold on it, but this is a great saying. Sometimes we can feel overwhelmed by the tasks ahead of us and get stressed up by all the work we have to do. This can easily result in a bad mood, which again makes us very unpleasant to spend time with. People will rather shy the presence of such stressed and angry people. But, did you know that training can actually help you release some of that stress and suppressed energy on your inside?

It doesn’t seem logical, but I know people who say that the more tasks they have to do, the more they pray! Where is the logic in that? Or the busier their lives are, and the more stress they have on their shoulders, the more they decide to exercise. It doesn’t sound logical either? But, it is!

Training and moving your body might be exactly what you need to let some of that stress fall of your shoulders. It will help you let that negative energy get out, and as a result, you will be more fit for fight once you are finished, even though you have less time to actually finish the tasks ahead.
