Yesterday Mozart in the Jungle won two Golden Globe awards, including the price for the Best Comedy, and that is why I today hurried up to get started watching this cool Amazon production. I am not really sure what I expected from it, but I guess I at least expected this best comedy to be funny.
Am I the only one who finds Mozart in the Jungle to be boring?I have not gotten to far yet, and I do know that it normally takes some episodes to get one hooked to a new TV series, but after watching the first episode of Mozart in the Jungle I must say that I am so bored with it that I do not really know if I will be able to ever start out watching the second episode. Based on the trailer this looked like a TV series that might be worth watching, but based on episode number 1 I feel as if Mozart in the Jungle is more like a drama and that it has little to nothing to do with the category and genre called comedy.
I will do my best to watch the second episode as well and hopefully it will get better, but after watching the first episode from the first season of Mozart in the Jungle I can simply say that I found it to be very boring. And yes, it was as a consequence of this that I instead of starting to watch episode two of Mozart in the Jungle I stumbled upon Strike Back instead, which can be watched as a Prime member as well, and after watching 10 minutes I knew that this is a TV series that I want to watch more of.
